Our consultation lasts for 90 minutes, where you get design recommendations, through sketches, furniture selections, specifications, budget counseling, schematic layouts, and straight-to-the-point design advice.

Structure of a Consultation
Share the story of the space, covering the what, where, when, how, and most importantly, the why. Provide the floor plan, site photos, and project requirements. Initial ideas are welcome! You can use the prompt ‘What is the average day like for you when you use the space?’ as a guide.
Brief
At this point, we're going over the design details you shared and diving into the specifics to better understand the help you need. Our aim is to make sure we're on the same page with the vision for the project.
Discourse
In the latter part of the session, we share our recommendations, which could come in different forms: material specifications, furniture layout sketches, 3D massing, a budget guide, or supplier suggestions.

Both options are available, we can give advice remotely in the comfort of your own home, or in full action (and expression!) in person.

It runs for 90 minutes, both in person and online. 15-20 minutes for briefing and explaining context, 20-40 minutes for discourse, and 20-30 minutes for the final recommendations.

2,500 PhP for Online Consultations
3,000 PhP ++ for On-site Consultations (Final price dependent on site location)

On-site Consultations start at 3,000 PhP, and go up depending on location to offset transportation costs.
Our head office is in Verve Residences Tower 1, BGC, Taguig City.
Areas within a 5 kilometer radius is priced at 3,000. (i.e. BGC, Kapitolyo Pasig Area, Makati CBD area, San Juan, parts of Mandaluyong)
Areas within the 6-10 kilometer radius is priced at 3,300. (i.e, QC-Pasig Area, Katipunan Area, Cainta, Lower Antipolo Area)
And areas within the 11-15 kilometer radius is priced at 3,600. (i.e. QC-Commonwealth Area, Paranaque, Pasay Area.)
For areas that are 16 kilometers and above away, this is subject to discussion.

Both has its pros and cons!
On-site Consultation
Pros: It depends per person, but some people converse better in person, and they’re able to visualize the space better when it’s face to face. It is our preferred method for fit-outs and bare unit projects since most clients need help laying out furniture pieces, and it can get overwhelming when the unit is still empty and bare.
Cons: I is more expensive and energy consuming because of the travel time, but this is also dependent on the client’s preference and availability.
Online Consultation
Pros: Generally easier to schedule sans the travel and commute factor! Our preferred method for renovations, since physical visits maybe invasive since the space is already constantly used.
Cons: There are limitations with general and visual communication when the consultation is remote, since we are designing a 3D space. Photos and videos can still be utilized, but at times these medium cannot fully communicate what the parties want to say. We compensate this by doing 3D modeling and/or sketches, or send product references for the client’s easier understanding.

You can pay for the consultation afterwards, via Online Deposit to our Unionbank, Gcash, or BPI accounts. For International clients, you may transfer to our Unionbank account via Wise. For Paypal payments, a service fee of 5% is added to the final fee.
